Amir Tekmehdash is the Founder and CEO of Neo Plus Medical, established in Istanbul in 2023 with a focus on medical aesthetics, professional education, and international industry collaboration. With an academic background in Industrial Engineering, he combines strategic management with a strong understanding of the medical aesthetics sector. Under his leadership, Neo Plus Medical has developed collaborations with physicians, educators, and international partners, delivering professional medical education programmes and expanding its activities into international clinical and regulatory advisory services. He continues to lead the company's growth with a focus on long-term partnerships, scientific collaboration, and international development.

Dr. Mustafa Güneş is a medical doctor and attorney-at-law with multidisciplinary expertise spanning medicine, medical aesthetics and healthcare law. He serves as President of MESTAD — the Medical Aesthetics and Complementary Medicine Development Association — and contributes to its scientific, educational and legal activities. Combining medical expertise with a legal perspective, Dr. Güneş supports professional development, scientific collaboration and responsible practice within the medical aesthetics field.

Dr.Samet Shibani

Medical Advisor

Dr. Samet Şibani serves as a Medical Advisor at Neo Plus Medical, providing medical guidance and professional consultation to healthcare professionals and supporting client relations with a strong clinical perspective.He actively participates in international congresses, scientific meetings, and professional events, contributing as a medical advisor and engaging with physicians, industry professionals, and international partners.

Dr. Şibani also provides medical advisory input to selected companies on product development, clinical positioning, and manufacturing-related considerations, helping bridge clinical needs with industry and product development processes.

At Neo Plus Medical, he additionally contributes to selected medical education programmes and workshops, supporting scientific content, professional communication, and the effective delivery of training activities.
